The staff was really friendly and helpful, making sure all my requests were addressed promptly. The rooms were very clean and modern, with fast internet access. I loved the pool view from my room, which was incredibly relaxing.
I had some issues with communication, as some of the staff didn't speak English very well, which led to some confusion. I found some services were charged per item, like laundry, which ended up being more expensive than I had anticipated.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, cozy and spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a small but serene swimming pool. Breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff was attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The hotel was located in a calm area, away from the touristy part of the city, which added a peaceful ambiance to my stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean and bright rooms, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. the breakfast options were varied, with a delicious bowl of noodle soup on offer, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city, and the little swimming pool was perfect for cooling off in the heat.
the language barrier with staff could be a little frustrating at times, and there were some confusion with laundry costs.

If you're looking for a hotel away from tourist spots, this one might work for you. there's not much to see and do around here. the location is not very convenient for exploring the city. You might end up spending a lot on transportation. Although the room and bathroom were clean, they were quite small. the service was average, and the staff didn't speak good English. Breakfast was not impressive. They had basic options, but nothing special. the view was not worth mentioning.
The facilities, unfortunately, weren't up to the mark.

The room was spacious and clean, with big windows and a balcony providing a lovely view. The basic amenities were included and the staff was cooperative and helpful. I especially want to thank Ms. Rosie for her assistance with directions and information during my stay. The hotel felt safe and the location was convenient, with train street and the old quarter within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.
